It was announced yesterday that the 23 year old international has joined NYCFC following playing his youth international career with France. Signed as a free agent this may just turn out to be not just an insired move but a tremedous value. In that he already followed MLS, the move to the big city was an honor for Cedric who hopes to entertain the Bronx throng. Born in Toulouse, France he rose through the youth game with Rennes of Ligue 1 featuring his initial first team appearance in '13/'14 facing Nice. !7 more games played in this season lead to a pair of seasons on loan to Chatearuox and Auxerre in Ligue 2. The success over this time lead him to then join with Gazelec Ajaccio full time last season.  Patrick Viera also a taller defender now HC with NYCFC acknowledged his team beat out a few others to get this player. With 5 games to his credit with the Benin MNT since his first in Mar. of last year, Cedric honed these skills internationally with the U_16, 17, 18 & 21 team's of his native France.
