North Carolina beats Charlotte 1-0 in NCAA Men's Final

Charlotte outplayed North Carolina most of the game and deserved to win.  The had an obvious PK not called and missed numerous opportunities to either tie or go ahead.  A great final!

Congratulations to the Nassau and Suffolk County Boys High School Soccer Coaches on their first Exceptional Senior All Star Game!

Last weekend the Nassau County and Suffolk County Boys High School Soccer Coaches came together to hold their first Exceptional Senior All Star game at Dowling College's Brookhaven Campus with an exceptional result.  They had a perfect day for soccer and the 60 best High School boys soccer players on Long Island!

St. John's University scored off a mistake by Big East Defensive Player of the Year, Andrew Jean-Baptiste in the 97th minute, a "Golden Goal" score that gave St. John's the Bog East title!

This weekend at the Medford Sports Complex the St. Joe's College Men's Soccer team has their final regular season game against SUNY Purchase @ 4:00 on Saturday. The team is currently 10-7 overall and undefeated in Conference play @ 7-0.  They will most likely make the playoffs again and fight for an NCAA bid.

New York, NY ~ Niketown -  One could almost describe the tone of the Press conference "moderate."  There was little "hype" or sensationalsim and it was very low key.  There were approximately 40 media representatives and a number of US Soccer executives and media reps in Niketown for this significant announcement.
