On Saturday, July 28th, a historic soccer match will be taking place in our area. For the first time, France will be bringing two of its premier soccer clubs to the United States to play in the Trophée des Champions match. Unlike many of the matches that take place every summer in the U.S.; this match is not an exhibition, but a real trophy match. The Trophee des Champions is one of the highest honors a French soccer club can compete for annually and we are excited to welcome the clubs from Lyon and Montpellier to our area to compete for this honor.
