Red Bull has been goring the West thus far this year and hope to rule the Galaxy Saturday, follow them on MSG, MSG Go, ESPN+, New York Red Bulls Radio & #LAvRBNY. Overall NY is ahead in the series at 18-17-8 but at home they hold a slight edge with a 9-6-5 record. It has been feast or famine with RBNY as their 3-3-0 record is just below their hosts at 3-3-1. Pregame kicks off at 10 and the triHonda Red Bulls Game Night, then Steve Cangialosi has the play-by-play with Shep Messing and Michelle Gingras. The triHonda Countdown, hosted by Matt Harmon at 10 has Ernesto Motta and the spanish play-by-play for the 10:30 game. NY lost a tough one 2-1 to the Fire last Saturday and coach Marsch still has them headed in the right direction with the best record ever at this point. Over their 6 games the 14 goals give them a 6 goal positive differential, beind 48 shots on goal, that is a trememdous ratio, scoring on  almost 30% of the shots and 100 attempts. The flip side, the defense has been smothering with only 22 shots on 56 tries, best numbers with Jesse since 2015. BWP, the lone goal getter v Chicago is now sitting pretty with 91 goals in his quest for the century mark and his 5 on the year top the team and are one tally behind MLS leader Josef Martinez of Atlanta. BWP has scored on 18 of the 22 current teams in the league and hopes to shoot down LA from that list in a few days. Over the 4 games played, his 308 minutes have yielded 13 attemtps and 5 shots on goal. The backs with Aaron Long and local product, Tim Parker over 8 games this duo have held the opponents in check overall with only 4.1 shots off 9.4 attempts per game have been averaged for a 4-3-11 record. In MLS games, it is better with the numbers being 3.2 and 7.2 respectively.
