The 29 year old forward, Jen Hoy has hung up her cleats, after 7 years in the longest lasting women's league in the land. Over her 107 games, she had 17 goals and 11 assists. Out of PA, she was a 4th round selection of the Red Stars in 2013, while with them for 76 regular season matches she tallied 15 of her goals and 10 assists in those 5 years. In her first year she had a nod for Player of the Week and in 2015 & '17 made the semis. 2018 saw her come to NJ in a tri team trade. With her last team, she saw 31 games with a pair of goals, one a GWG cagin the Royals. and an assist.

Elliot returns to the club with a 3 year deal, the last two are team options. He was the 49th pick overall in the 2018 MLS SuperDraft, so great that such a late pick is still in the league, some validation to the draft. Thus far he has 17 games, 10 starts as well as time with USL Championship teams Indy Eleven & Memphis 901 FC during loan periods. 2018 saw him in the 11's colors for 11 games with a goal, last, it was with Memphis with 7 goals to show for 29 games. Amongst those 7 was the first in team history and the first hat trick.

One Jamaican international out, a European pedigreed player in for the back line of the team, Englishman Mandela Egbo out of the Crystal Palace Academy and SV Darmstadt 98 of 2.Bundesliga, following a quartet of years in Germany. At just 22, he brings a wealth of experience at so young of an age as the English YNT player was with SC Darmstadt since July, yet he had 6 games, 5 starts to go with a match in the German Cup, garnering an assist.

Kemar Lawrence of 'dem Reggea Boyz has popped the pond from the New York Red Bulls to RSC Anderlecht, a fabled club in the top flite of Belgium soccer, they make pretty good chocolate as well. It had been rumored he was unhappy with his contract here, his backline counterparts were making far more than the 27 year old. He had been expected to be a late arrival to camp, due on Jan. 27, pretty sure he never got there, as would be typical as if you are moving a player, you do not want him exposed to injury.
