There's accountability every day, so we promise you that we look hard at every little thing, we're very honest with ourselves. We have a really good way of working, of looking at things, of understanding the things that have to continue to get better, of understanding the mistakes that have to get cut out. But it's not just as simple as to say that's unacceptable, and all of a sudden it'll never happen again.
On mindset moving…
I said to the team after the game that I've stood on the sideline for 22 games this year and had the feeling that we could win every single one of them, home or away, regardless of who the opponent was. So, we set out this year to be a team that played every single weekend to try to win, not to save anything, not to cover ourselves, Not to hope that we could not concede and then maybe do something in the end. We have built a team with the idea that we want to step on the field every single game, no matter who we're playing and no matter where, and go after the game from the first segment until the last.

On the match…
I mean, it’s just frustrating. Even if we create a lot of chances and make some good plays, you still have to defend your own box, defend your own goal, and not concede. I think, in the end, with what we’re doing, sometimes it’s just too easy — the goals we concede are too easy — and then we have to bounce back. We have to hold each other accountable and start winning games. It’s a tight table. If you look at it, we’re still in a playoff spot, but it’s time to get better. It’s time to do things better. As of now, we have to move forward and do better. There’s no way around it. We have to do much better.
On raising the standards…
I think you’re spot on in that way that people get frustrated because it’s not good enough. We understand that. Of course, we want to do better for the fans. We have to. But as you said, it should never be acceptable to show that. As a team, we’re trying as best as we can, but we have to hold ourselves to a certain standard in every aspect of the game, and it has to be over 95 minutes. It doesn’t matter if we’re 4-0 down or 4-0 up. The standards have to be as high as they can be, with the ball and without the ball. I think in that way, we need to get better.
